The coveted exam UPSC Civil Services has declared the cutoff marks.
Prelim exam seen a drastic shoot-up with last year (2012) the cut-off was 209 for general category. And this year (2013) the cut-off is 241!
While for Main there is drastic decrease with a relevant numbers 700 for 2012 and 564 for 2013.
Prelim is turning out to be highly competitive and Mains have become tougher to attempt.
